I always buy my music from Amazon now because it is DRM free and is 256 kbps

I do too buy used CD. That's my contribution to the non-DRM movement! ;)
It's sad 'tho because artists don't get any money from that market and I would prefer to buy non-DRM tracks from iTMS but at least, the industry doesn't get any penny neither!
And as the digital downloads market grows, more and more used CD (in good conditions) are available at a cheaper price, since they have more copies of the same CD...

As a DJ and audiophile I refuse to buy Apple's protected files, unless there's no other option. iTunes Plus is cool, but not enough choices. I've become one of Amazon's best customers. Lala.com allows you to listen to entire albums with great fidelity. The iTunes store has a ways to go, regardless of popularity.

DRM is at the end of the day pain in the ''', the special way of handling moving etc. I have lately staid away as much as possible from the DRM songs...I´d rather buy the album or...eventually find it elsewhere
