Well, I know this is all just for fun, but I wouldn't say any of these psychics exactly went out on a limb. Their predictions are all pretty safely generic and general.
Did Cella really use the term, OS? I don't generally hear that from people who are not at least power-users. My parents, for example, never speak of the "OS" and one medium I know would probably think it's a typo and misspelling of OZ.

Of course, there's this as a documented track record for psychics in technology:

Winows 7 leads to diminishing marketshare for OSX. The past few years MS has been trying real hard to push away it's customers, partly succeeding. Lot's of folks are holding out until Vista is gone, some have moved away. There'll be a sudden rush to buy as soon as 7 is out, don't be surprised to see Apple's marketshare to drop 25%, leading to a much higher stock share drop.
It'll even out later though.
We'll also see Desktops taking their cue from netbooks. Think CD-less thingies the size of cigarette box that plug into a HDTV and provide all the nexessary surfing&email capabilities and make mac mini look a huge brick. For $150 or so.

I find it disquieting and inappropriate that a few people in this thread are predicting the assassination of Obama -- particularly without even a hint of concern over the prospect.
Please, no talk of this here. And no talk of "President Biden."

Ok, I predict that:
1) Steve Jobs will be officially recognized as a god. 2) Apple will reorganize as a religion. And 3) Microwave pizza will finally be perfected, but it will cause boils and be pulled from the market. Chinese knock-offs will be sold illegally out of the back of cars and on street corners. Users - err buyers - will cover their shame with Maybelline.
