I just tried Darkslide after reading about it here. Amazingly, it appears to allow the upload of photos at native resolution! I didn't think the SDK allowed this! I guess the developer found a workaround. Genius!

I just got my wife an iPod Touch. I'm very confused when I see the term "iPhone apps". Unless it uses GPS, can I assume that it works for both? OR, is it really JUST an iPhone app??

this has really started to bug me!

The generic response is that any "iPhone" app will be supported by your wife's iPod Touch. Realistically however, not all applications will work. The same is true between different versions of the iPhone. I have the latest version and get the "your device is not supported" message when I try to download certain apps :-/

Apple actually added the capability for 3rd party applications to get full resolution photos from the Camera Roll in iPhone OS 2.1 so all applications have been able to do it since then.
