I think you meant "come on" or "c'mon." ; )

Well now, looks like Apple should have done a little more research on the product name then. Why blame me for their oversite?
That would be oversight :) And blaming Apple because you messed up the name is absurd.

I am obviously not the first person to make such an error in haste and I won't be the last. Am I really required to study the Apple corporate style and copywrite usage manual before posting?
No. As I was pointing out, Apple has a naming convention (Mac mini, iPod shuffle, iPod nano, iPod touch) and there has arisen a shorthand (mini, shuffle, nano, and touch). Bastardizing names isn't necessary, and it certainly doesn't require study to refer to Apple products instead of Logitech offerings. I would further suggest that comparing the Axim to a product you can't name diminishes your own argument.

If you had just said, "You mean the iPod Touch." I would have said, "Yeah, I typed a little fast there." But no, I get the snide comments.
It was a teasing postscript, it wasn't intended to be mean. I thought "You mean iPod touch" would have been obnoxious. As for snide comment, I would take another look at your initial response to me.

It's not Apple's oversight, nor is it insufficient research--Apple did not name their product "iTouch".

No study of copyright is needed--the product name is not iTouch. Are you saying that you honestly believe the iPod Touch is actually called iTouch?

Common people, grow up, this is all on the level of correcting people's spelling and grammar.
:-) I really don't see it that way. You're in a Mac-centric forum discussing an Apple product using the name of a competitor's product in place of the name of the Apple device.

Dude, how did Michael Dell get up so high if he thinks messing with Apple in a tight and flooded Mobile phone market is a good thing? The momentum started with the Iphone and it just hasnt stopped. Im in NZ and our public are usually the last to get anything as we so far away and small. Id expect the Iphone to have lost its momentum as it was out nearly two years before it hit us.. Man not the case, how does a company that does very little modifying other than software to a phone create such an enigma around it?? And Dell wanna mess with that?? Nuts.
There are two types of people in this world... those that have iphones... and those that want one.
