Great app. As I see it the two big omissions are:
- syncing with a desktop application for faster input (tried to accomplish this by massaging the StoreIt backup...it wasn't really workable)
- a method of securing a database
If it had these things it could replace several apps on many an iPhone. Love the flexible field definitions, which could be used for GTD categories (e.g., "context"), shopping list headings (e.g., "aisle")...whatever. Heck, with the addition of performing calculations on its numeric fields it would become a virtual spreadsheet app.
Short of that, it covers 95% of what people use database programs for, and is just what lots of people need: simple, intuitive, self-explanatory, functional, flexible and fairly cheap.
