This is a great product, much superior to the antique that is Snapz Pro, however a few bugs linger. When dragging clips together they can sometimes jump around the tracks, and the split second gaps that sometimes appear in edits can take some extra clicks to get rid of. But overall it's a fantastic program, and this is a nice update, especially if you need text overlays or basic audio processing. Hopefully some of the other items in their forums can be quashed in 1.5.x.
Tangent: how many years now has Ambrosia been promising on their support forums "something big"? Four? Ridiculous! Thanks for jerking our collective chain, Ambrosia. The "big thing" turned out to be Wiretap. Oooo. Ahhh. Would've been better to simply be honest with people instead of leading them on so they'd buy the app, thinking a free / inexpensive upgrade was near.)

Well, to be fair, Snapz still is the best app for still screenshots available... Even worse than not delivering on the update, was the removal of the "non-pro" version... now you have to buy and pay the video capabilities, even if you are using ScreenFlow or Screenium for that purpose (and both beat the crap out of Snapz Pro's video capabilities with ease).

@Photonerd
The way to get greater precision in moving samples around on the same track is to first, place the playhead near to the border between two samples and, second, adjust the timeline scale to a value high enough where you see the gap and where your eye/hand coordination can bring the two samples more closely together. It also helps to have "Snapping" turned on (View > Snapping).
Ambrosia isn't the only one that has dallied too long in this space. TechSmith has been hinting about Camtasia for the Mac nearly as long. They are both a day late and a dollar short INHO.
ScreenFlow rules!
