mail location under OSX

After I switch to OSX, I mainly use it's mail program for all my email accounts, it's great, sometimes slow though....but I found out all the mail files are save on the system partition, I partition my ibook 20GB drive like when I was using OS9, I gave 5GB for the OSX partition and now....space is running out, I tried to use alias as in OS9 but it's not working....can someone tell me is that a way I can save my large email file on partition other than OSX system partition??? images/icons/confused.gif images/icons/confused.gif images/icons/confused.gif images/icons/confused.gif images/icons/confused.gif
