OK, I'm getting bored of having to file all of my email twice - once on my desktop, once on my laptop - in Entourage. Same goes for entering calendar items and task list items. I sync them both with my palm, but this is cumbersome and tends to miss things. Is it possible/wise to store my Entourage database on iDisk and just connect to that when using Entourage on either machine? I have an ethernet connection at work but dial in on a 56K modem at home.

Advice is appreciated!

Even if it were possible, I wouldn't do it.

1. If your Entourage database is even half the size of mine, iDisk doesn't offer enough storage space.

2. iDisk is beastly slow compared to a hard drive. Transferring this kind of data, particularly over a dial-up connection, would be a nightmare.

3. iTools isn't the most reliable system around. If it goes down, you're offline until it's back up.

4. This kind of data is too important to leave on a remote server.
