I recently got my new dual 1.25 G4. I have worked several days on it trying to transfer everything from my old 867 G4. I partitioned the drive and installed OS X. Then updated to 10.2.4. After eveything is back up to date on my computer, now quicktime "unexpectedly quits" everytime I try to open it. Someone please help. I am a video editor and I use quicktime a lot. Thanks for any help. /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Everyone should have a copy of Norton Utilities(Systemworks) or Diskwarrior for routine maintenance. It will save you many times. you may need something that boots into OSx, though, which none of these do yet. If you have partitions, you can install them on each one to repair the other, since the HD has to unmount.
