Print Center & the spinning rainbow...

I am running 10.1.5 on a 600MHz iBook. After a print job, the Print Center decided to stop responding. Now whenever I try to start up Print Center application all I get is the spinning rainbow.
I have tried to wait it out but after 15 min. I force quit the app. Anyone with possible diagnosis and solution to the problem?

There is a program found on Versiontracker.com's OS X section called "Print Center Repair."
I would download it and run its different fixes to see if one them solves your issue. From what I hear, that program is great.
