Is there a problem with OSX 10.2.4? I've had to use Disk Utility quite a few times this week to repair the "Permissions", something about corrected drive...library, as so on.
What can I do to fix this problem?
Thanks

Try reinstalling 10.2.4 with the 10.2.4 combo update, available at apple.com. It is reported to fix many problems. I haven't had any problems using it on any of my machines.

All my apps were crashing (with no warning messages, etc.) so this is what I did:
1. Quit all apps.
2. In the main Library, rename the Preferences folder to Preferences_old (apparently there are hidden files in here so simply trashing the offending pref file won't solve your problems).
3. Create a new Preferences folder.
4. Start up apps.
This worked for me, so hopefully it solves some of your problems. Don't know what to do if you're having that recurring date problem...
