Hi, I'm looking for a scanner in the 150-300 dollar range. I plan on using it mostly to scan photographs and then edit them in Adobe PhotoShop. What would you recommend for my price-range? I have an e-mac running 10.2. Thanks for your anticipated advice!

There is a feature article on scanners in the March Macworld Magazine. You should read it.
If you're too lazy or cheap /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif , The Editor's choices were the Canoscan LiDE 30 for $100 and the Epson Perfection 2400 Photo for $229. You can always trust those...

Almost any scanner currently for sale will be good enough for most people's needs... but definitely take MacWorld's advice.
