I don't use Klear Screen for one simple reason - it doesn't work. It totally smears up the screen. Use a wet washcloth (soft), and not only does it not smear up the screen, it does a better job. Don't waste your money. Go to the tap. There's an unlimited supply of screen cleaner there.
While I was at MWSF a few weeks ago, I visited the Klear Screen booth, and got this large microfibre cloth for $12. It is green, very large, and very soft. It is by far the best cloth I've ever used. It's not listed on their website, though. I'd call them and ask them about it. It is a TERRIFIC cloth.
So, either buy two and use one wet and one dry, or just use a saturated (and wrung out) bathroom washcloth, and this microfibre cloth to dry and polish. It also works great for 'dry cleaning', when you just want to remove dust.

Sounds similar to the orange Ilford anti-static cloths that photographers use to wipe film, etc.
I think the wipes work. However, you must use the dry cloths to polish and dry it up, otherwise it does smear and streak.

I've figured out my problem! I just went out and purchased an 8oz bottle of 'Klear Screen', and tested it against my 6oz bottle of 'iKlear Apple Polish', made by the same company. Klear Screen works great, iKlear works horribly. I used to think that the wipes worked well, and were convienent for travelling. I recently bought another pack, and they were terrible. I just looked, and the old ones are 'Klear Screen' and the new ones are 'iKlear Apple Polish'. There's the problem.
Klear Screen is good.
iKlear Apple Polish sucks.

I thought they were the same, with one specially marketed towards Apple customers, since www.iklear.com and www.Klearscreen.com direct to the same site, one with mac-friendly names, and one not. Isn't it just marketing?
They could probably tell us if there is a difference.

Kenny,
I actually bought the Power Clean Kit (KS-PWK) from Kear Screen. When I purchased it (quite a while ago), they had some sort of promotion that basically covered the shipping costs in addition to offering the discount. However, it was NOT listed online and the only way I found out about it was from a representative at their 1-800 number when I was placing my order for the Starter Kit.
The power clean kit gives you a LOT of stuff, and even with 3 LCDs in the family (one TiBook, one iBook, and an Apple 15") and almost 2 year's worth of use, there's a lot left.
I actually use everything that's in the kit:
1. the polish, obviously.
2. the cloths. As someone mentioned, you're supposed to wet one half with the spray, wipe your screen, and then use the dry half to polish. I re-use them a lot. As someone else mentioned, I also use a clean cloth as a screen protector (used only for that purpose, with the same side always facing the screen). I was planning on buying one of the leather screen protectors, but the Klear Kloth worked so well I never bothered. It may not look elegant, but my TiBook screen has been free of any marks since May of 2001.
3. the singles are actually pretty handy to have in your laptop bag so you don't have to carry the squirt bottle around with you. I use the bottle at home, and the singles at work on on the road if I need to clean something up.
Best of luck with your purchase!

It gives the this:
$9.95 (Pus Shipping & Handling) does that mean that is the price WITH shipping and handling or $9.95 + The shipping and Handling cost = Total

I would try to build the cart but not fully check out. That is usually the trick. If you have an apple store or dealer nearby, get it there.

Yes, I might, but I'd rather not give out all the Credit Card information. I live in Washington, and The Computer Store (apple specialist) is all the way in Seattle. I would rather not drive there for a thing to clean my screen. Have you ordered it from Klear Screen? If you have, please do tell me the shipping and handling cost.

You didn't check, since you would have seen that Klear Screen only does phone orders. Online orders are all done through dealers listed here . Look, good-old Other World Computing sells the stuff. You can preview shipping charges without entering CC info. Most stores are like that, you know.

BTW, this kind of light, cheap item is something you want to order with other stuff to get a better shipping deal.

Kenny,
Like rockinphotog says, klearscreen takes phone orders.
Call their 1-800 number -- it doesn't cost you a thing, you'll have your answer quickly, and (as I mentioned in my previous post), that's how I found out about the promotion they were offering at the time (but not advertising on the web).
