So there I was, happy all the time, doin' my computing using OS9
When along came X, code name Jaguar, can't do a thing cause drivers are nowhere...
Can anyone tell me if there are drivers for an Epson 1520 (large format) printer. I have tried Epson's web site but nothing. Is there another Epson driver that would work?

Sorry to suggest the obvious, but have you installed the set of Epson drivers that come with Jaguar?

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place but I can't find any drivers for the Epson 1520. I have downloaded GimPrint and the ghost(?) app but still don't see any drivers for my printer. I do have a USB to parallel cable for the printer but I don't think that is the problem. The 1520 driver doesn't appear anywhere when I'm in Print Center.

Has anyone tried to print on a Epson 1520 in OSX? I've read the Gimp instructions but I am not getting anywhere with it.

I've read a while ago an article based on CUPS on how you can create custom based drivers based on standard drivers that work with your printer. i can't find the article but just run a search on CUPS OS X or something like that, you might get lucky, all you need to do is find out what your printer is based on. or trial and error.
