My dad's an avid golfer and I'd like to buy a golf game for him to play but I'm not sure which one is the best. Can someone recommend one?
Thanks much. /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Links Championship Edition (CE) is detailed, realistic, and challenging. It also has about a million courses available for download and there is a Mac-only community that provides download links and runs tournaments.
However, it has an astounding amount of clunky interfacing, and presents statistics in very spartan, static displays. Who could have imagined THAT from a Microsoft product? /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif The product is also quite buggy on my G4/733/OSX.2.6, crashing while trying to load sound files, slowing to a crawl, or causing my 9 iron shot to fly 533 yards (I wish!) and land out-of-bounds. It can be infuriating to lead a tournament after 3 rounds then not be able to load your saved file, too.
