I am trying to find a freeware or shareware capable of converting PC audio file .wma in MP3 or AAC audio file. iTunes and Sound Studio don't do that?
Thanks for any help.

The 3ivx site has links to WMA codecs and DivX Doctor II will convert WMA audio to uncompressed when doctoring sound problem avi files. DivX Doctor II has a preference to let it work on non-avi files. If it will not do a sound file by itself, try adding the sound file to a video without sound and see if it will do it then. One easy way to make such a video is to take a black image file and import it into QT Player Pro. It will be converted to a one frame movie. When it is open copy it to the clipboard, go to the sound file and use Add Scaled. That will add a video track the duration of the sound track. Now save and see if the Doctor will convert the sound to uncompressed sound.
