Safari, Saving Web Pages

Safari's "Save As" feature doesn't work as well as saving as a Web Archive in Internet Explorer.
Is there a better way to save Safari web pages so that all the graphics and links are retained?

You can preserve how a page looks by doing Print -> Save as PDF but this unfortunately doesn't save as a web page or preserve links.

So far, the web archive feature is the only thing I miss from I.E.
