SimCity 4 & Apple 22" LCD glich

I just got SimCity 4 the other day. It works fine on my Apple 17" LCD, but not my 22".
On the 22" the cursor disappears and a long broken white line follows the mouse movements.
I'm on a Dual 1.25 (FW 800) w/ a Radeon 9000 vid card. Aspyre sent me a new video card file, but that didn't help. I'm just curious if I'm the only one with this glich or if other 22" owners have this problem.

I've been playing SimCity 4 on a dual 1GHz G4 with a 22 inch cinema display and a GF4Ti card for a few days now, no problems to speak of, except once when I exited the game and the Finder was filled with "noise."
