Entourage OSX Sync with Cell Phone

I am currently using entourage OSX to sync with my Palm IIIc and everything is working perfectly.
However I am now looking for a new cell phone and would like to know if there is a way to use the entourage data base to upload contacts / phone numbers to a cell phone and which cell phone would have the capability to to this.
