iTools : Plugin Installs but I can't sign up!

Once the iTools installer installs the plug in, it opens up IE to the apple page where it shows the simple (3) steps. Well, I did the first two, and the third (the actual signing up) provides no hyper link or nothing, as I sit there stopped cold in front of my computer. What's going on? Am I a total idiot? images/icons/confused.gif
