Actually from what Steve Jobs said at the devolpers conference, its probably not coming out until December But I still agree that waiting at this point is more prudent why spend $130, only to pay $130 again in December.

there might be a discount if you bought jaguar in the past 6 months, it's too soon to keep yourself out of jaguar and its cool apps like iChat, Ical, and isync

They didn't offer this last year for late 10.1 buyers, so I doubt it they will this year, where in this case you KNOW that in the near future you'll be able to buy the better version.
