Ahoy there,
I will purchasing a new Apple G4 laptop in the near future (looking at the supercombo drive with 12.1 inch screen). However, the network I set up at home entirely uses HomePNA 1.0 technology (phoneline network). My question is if there are any companies that offer USB/PC card network adapters for Apple computers? I did a quick check on linksys's site, but I found nothing regarding Home PNA for Apples.
Just a little extra info and another side-question: I'm a recent convert, after about six years on the Windoze PCs. I used Macs ten years prior to that...I was just curious if anyone had any quibs about the new G4? The model I looked at had a supercombo and 12.1 inch screen, as I said earlier. Anyone out there now regretting they didn't go up a screen size? Or do they have some other pet peeve about the G4, or this model? Would love to hear if you do, pros or cons.
Cheers,
Kahtov
