Am I correct in my assumption that if I want to run the above, I must boot from the CD as I would in OS9.2.2? Thanks.

Optionally you could install it on a different, bootable partition or volume -- a FireWire drive or iPod, for example.

Chris
Why is it that when I chose to reboot from DW - I get message that it wil use 10.2.3 and I have 10.2.6 - is this normal or should I worry about it? Thanks.

I think you'll find that the OS the DW disk boots from is 10.2.3.. So, if it boots up from the CD, it will boot up in that, regardless of what the main OS is on the regular startup drive.
Don't worry about it.

Also, you can use BootCD to make a bootable CD and put DW 3.0 on it.
BootCD uses your system, so than you have DW on a 10.2.6 bootable CD
