virus?

i received this email this morning from microsoft saying i was sent a virus and that i need a patch. however, i don't use internet explorer and i haven't gotten any strange emails. the patch they send is for windows users i'm assuming -- not me w/ os x. correct? i copied the email i received from microsoft below.

patch.exe was infected with the malicious virus W32.Dumaru@mm and has been deleted because the file cannot be cleaned.

Because you use a Mac you can't be infected with this virus. Don't worry about it.
