Are the iMacs now available in G5?

No.
And, I don't expect them tol be until the new year, at the very soonest, or next summer, which is far more likely...

Or even later. The original iMac stayed G3 for about 2-3 years after the G4s came out, and the iBook just went G4 this week. I'm thinking the G4 iMac will be around quite a while. Don't forget, there are major cooling issues associated with the 970 chip (G5), so an iMac G5 would have to be as big or bigger than a G5 tower, or as noisy as the G4 "wind tunnel."
