Hello all,
I tried to export a movie from IMovie through a Dazzle D to A convertor and onto VHS. When i tried to export the movie, it was terrible (not the movie!) It was very jerky and i had no sound. Everytime i pressed cancel the sound would return and the movie play at normal speed. I've used IMovie before and it was fine. I have upgraded to the latest version but i've also put another 512mb of ram in my 600mhz G3. I disconnected the Dazzle convertor and tried to play the movie normally and it produced the same jerky result and again no sound.
As i'm about to upgrade to Panther (lord help me!) i decided to optimize my drive (with Drive10) It was in a bit of a state. Anyway, i haven't tired IMovie since but if the optimization hasn't fixed the problem can anyone point me in the right direction please. Again i'm on a G3, 600mhz, 1024mb Ram and 40gig HD.
Thanks for reading.
edit I've just noticed that IMovie 3.03 should be run (at least) on a G3 700mhz machine.
Looks like i need to go back to an old version. No big deal, as the old version was fine. /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif
