G4 Noise: Anyone know how to fix it cheap and easy

I missed out on Apple's replacement program for the power supply. Guess I wasn't paying attention. I took out the second drive and that helped a lot. But compared to the silence of my new Powerbook, I have to fix it or I'll go crazy.
Please help!! I have a Fry's, CompUSA, Radio Shack, and other stores around here to get parts if needed.

Might want to try xlr8yourmac. They surely have some recommendations on papst or similar fans.
don't think quick and easy applies, though.
