Quicken "Chat" Support

Used Quicken 'chat' support yesterday to ask a simple question about products.
Conversation went something like this:
me: Does Quicken 2004 for Mac offer the same functionality as Quicken Home and Business for the PC?
Quicken: Please provide more details.
me: I'd like to be able to do invoices on my Mac as I can in Quicken Home and Business. Is there a comparable Mac product? Quicken 2004 doesn't seem to be able to do this.
Quicken: Go to (provides link) for details on how to convert Quicken files for PC to Mac.
Session ended.
Do they think we are that naive??? Geez.

I tried using Chat support tonight. After being disconnected several times, they finally decided my problem was too complicated for chat support! I could have guessed that!
