I connected both from a G5 dual/ATI 9600 Pro Video card, and there isn't much of a difference.
How big a difference should there be between the two?
Thx
Dean

If by D-sub, you mean VGA, that depends on what you are looking at. Try looking at:
A) high-resolution (300+dpi), raw images without compression
B) recent games
C) DVD movies that were filmed, edited and mastered entirely in digital format (not converted from analog tape)
You should notice the difference right away /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

How can I find if my Toshiba HDTV with a DVI input can accept a DVI output signal from my PowerBook? I heard that some of the Sony TVs can't accept DVI output of a computer. I got the TV used and there are no manuals.
Thanks.

1. Plug it in & see what happens
2. Check Toshiba's website for product specs & FAQ's

Well, I'm curious. Did it work?
