AirPort problems with my AOL and Explorer

Need hhelp with the Apple AirPort Extreme. I been able to hook-up the airport to the phone line ( dial-up) and then is comunicates with the computer (a powerbook 17' G-4, with OS X.3.2) and also I been able to get to the welcome screan in AOL and I can login, but then that is about it. It does not letme go to any web pages with Safari, exploreer nor Natescape. I called Apple and they say that this is a AOL problem then I call AOL and they say that it is an Apple problem......... In the mean time I am here and I can't get it to work..............
Does anyone had this problem before? Do anyone knows what it is going on??????//
