HELP! I am trying to add a live web link to my email signature in Mac OS X. I have read the online help and two reference books and can't find out how to do it. Has anyone out there broken the code? If so, I'd love to know about it. Thanks.

Well, I asked the same question a couple of month ago, but nobody could give me an answer.
Maybe now?

Thanks, this already worked out in Jaguar if I am not wrong.
What I mean is a kind of "hidden" link.
I do not want the reader to see the whole address like
http://www.apple.com
but rather something like this:
Apple
Thanks,
arne

I also don't want to send html mail. The only html mail I send is the yearly X-mas card via .mac.
But I sometimes would like to send long web addresses, which can get easily broken with some mail programs, and I also don't want to use shorlify all the time.
But I found it: Highlight the word/ phrase you'd like to link, then go to Edit -> Add Hyperlink and fill in the necessary information.
Now I only hope this works with all mail clients...
