Adobe Photo Album equivalent

I am looking for software that will handle both still photos and video clips from a digital camera. My PC user friends use Adobe Photo Album which does the job beautifully. I tried iPhoto and found that it does a good job with still photos but ignores the video clips. Does anyone know of Mac-compatible software which will handle photos and video clips in the same file?

Look at iView Media or MediaPro at www.iview-multimedia.com/products/index.html.
