MSN Attacks!

Help!
I've lost somehow access to my own e-mail at Hotmail!
My browser can't access Hotmail's page!
And to make matters worse, MSN Messenger can't log in! It just displays after a while that the e-mail or password doesn't exist!
Is this my problem or Microsoft's? Or I've lost the battle to a hacker?

This happens occasionally with MSN network. It should be working again when you read this.
