I have a 600 mhz G3 iBook and I would like to get an Airport card. I know my iBook is built for an older model Airport card, but I would like to use 802.11g and the faster speeds Airport Extreme provides. Is there any way I can use an Airport Extreme card? Is there an adapter I can get or anything or maybe a third party card that I can buy? Or am I stuck with the old school Airport and 802.11b? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

iBook's don't have PCMIA slots, so you're out of luck. It's 802.11b or nothing. Do you do a lot of internal network transfer? The reason I ask is that current broadband connections don't even saturate an 802.11b connection (which is 11 Mbps while most broadband connections are <3Mbps).
