Missing Toolbars - Freehand 10

One of my co-workers, using an early G-4 has lost her toolbars in Macromedia Freehand 10. I've had her delete her FH prefs and I know in older versions, there was a toolbar default file you could replace but I can't find it now.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
