HTML bacground/Templates

I'm looking for a site that offers (free would be nice, but I'd pay if it was worth it) some background templates, two in mind; 'notebook' type background, that might be suitable for a blog or diary web site, and/or 'file folders' that might be used to organize a file cabinet style for information, like for recipes, or financial information. A lead to either of these would be appreciated.
