dvd authoring for os 9.1?

I have a powerbook g3 400mhz, 9.1 os & was wondering if fantom's product TFDRWDF dvd-rw/cd-rw drive MacMallItem would allow me to make dvd movies & menus or if the software included would not be compatible w/ my os?
