Got my brand new iPod mini and I'm loading it up. Came to a glitch though. I'm trying to learn to speak Spanish and I have a Spanish course on CDs. I'd like to put them onto my iPod. I can load the files into iTunes easily enough, and I can convert the files to ACC there. But they won't copy on to my iPod. What am I doing wrong?
TIA!

Converting files for my iPod

Well, I finally got it to work. I have no idea why it wouldn't work the first time I tried it but it didn't. So I thought that maybe it would work if I converted it to an mp3 file. Went into prefs and changed the conversion, converted one of the files, but mp3 didn't copy to the iPod. So-o-o-o, changed the conversion BACK to ACC, tried it all again. This time it worked fine. Hmmmm. Maybe what I did the first time around was drag them from the CD into my iTunes library first and THEN did the conversion to ACC. Would that make a difference? Now what I'm doing is, put the CD in, convert to ACC, which puts it into the library, then drag it to the iPod. Working perfectly. Go figure.
