I have added quit some titles(2000) to my librairie now. Problem is, I also shifted songs between maps. Result: a lot of broken links between song files and song names in the librairie. I would like to "refresh" my librairie(I also deleted some song files), but I don't want to lose my playlists..Is there a way to "synchronise" librairie and song maps? Any advice for a desperate iTunes music lover?

Sorry, I am a bit confused: what do you mean by song maps?? /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
All I did was to move the library to another drive (partition, to be correct) and let the rest iTunes do. Compared to iPhoto it has a nice and neat way to organize songs.
Cheers from Tokyo,

The maps where the actual song files are located. The librairie only contains links to these "physical" file locations. If I change these physical file locations, by putting a file in a different map, the link to the song is not valid anymore because it's pointed to the wrong place. In Preferences - Advanced, did you mark:" Keep iTunes folder organised"?
Cheers back from Belgium
