How to copy/move multiple aliased original files?

I have a directory (call it "foo") containing many alias files pointing to originals in different locations. I'd like to select all the alias files in the "foo" directory and copy/move the corresponding original files to a new location. Anyone know how to do this? Do I need some shareware utility?
