Automatic Mail?

Hi! Is there a way to make Mail or other mail app to send a message at a designated date and time?
Kind of like an automated mail?

Yeah either with Cron or by using the at command from the terminal.
To learn more about both of these options open a terminal and type man <application/command>

You could also use iCal to send a reminder email...

Is there a way to change the mail adress from default (my .Mac mail) ?
