Contact Manager for OS 9.2.2

We are looking for a program for our sales staff and saw Microsoft Outlook Contact Manager. It looks good to us but we cannot find a version that will run on OS 9.2.2. Does anyone know whether a version for OS 9.2.2 is available, or is there a similar program we can use with OS 9.2.2?

I use Now UptoDate and Now Contact. They have version compatibility from 8.6 to whatever is current OS X. It is trouble free in OS 9.2.2.
I have no basis to compare it with the Microsoft product.
