Does anyone know the correct server names and such to allow my netscape account to be accessed by Apple Mail? I've tried for months, but now I seriously want to work this out for my own convenience. A few steps would be greatly appreciated.

Hi -Motoi,
Using Netscape v7.2 is pretty easy, and you can still view your Apple Mail. With NC launched->Window->Mail & Newsgroups ->Create a New Account. You will just fill in the info, like you did with Apple Mail, using your TCP/IP #'s. There is also NC Help menu which walks you through it. Good luck..

I thought I was the only person that posted that way /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Try this: Apple Mail-> Preferences-> Accounts->click the [+] bottom left to Create a new email account, and just use the info from your NC Mail account info. Not sure if you have dialup, cable/DSL, but you should still be able to fill out the Incoming/Outgoing/email address/password and click Save.

If you're talking about a @netscape.net email account, the quick answer is that you can't use it with Mail.
Long answer is that you can get some functionality with FreePOPs, but it's unsupported by Netscape or Apple. I've never used it, so I don't know how it works or how well.
