Most of my customers are people ...not companies.
When I sort the list it sorts alphabetically by first name.
How can I get the program to sort alphabetically by last name?
Thanks

I'd like to know if there's a better way, too! Here's how I work around the problem:
When I enter my customers' names I put them in like so:
"Doe, John"
and then in the box below for their address information I put them in order "John Doe" so that when I print statements their address is in that format.
I hope this helps!
