Have some problems making the copyright sign in PhotoShop CS and Final Cut Pro.
Anybody who knows the shortcut for this?? /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I only have Photoshop 7, but "option - g" has always worked for me.

It's a feature of the font, not the program.
Why not get PopChar Pro? I don't need to learn
or remember those little-used key combos.

Granted, not all fonts have support for these special characters.
But why bother wasting money on something that you can do so easily & quickly for free! If it's not working with a particular font style you're using, just use a font that does support that haracter - then go back to your pevious font.
Or if that doesn't work, grab the c & put a circle around it! /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

System Preferences > International > Input Menu. Activate Keyboard Viewer -- it will show up under the little flag in your Menu Bar. From there you can find any character you want ... or see if the font you're using contains it. It works just about the same way that Key Caps did in OS 9.

Good suggestion Grant_G.
I used to have that in my Dock in Jaguar - was wondering where it disappeared to in Panther! /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Too expensive. The keyboard viewer that Grant mentioned is more cost effective.
