Anyone reading this who is using version 6 should not upgrade. Version 7 is a giant step backwards, and no one at Intuit seems to care. Here is some of what is wrong.
1. Move your slider up and down along your check register. You will notice the date information is no longer there.
2. If you have many inventory items, you will no longer be able to go directly to them by starting to type the item name or number.
3. If you wish to change prices, you may not be able to access the entire list.
4. If you try using the down arrow to select the next item in the list, it won't work.
5. If you double click on your customer, it opens the edit customer window instead of the customer register like it used to (and should). How many times do you really need to edit your customer once you have set them up?
There are many more problems and you will find V7 a huge step backwards and much more cumbersome and time costly to use. In phone calls, all I have heard is "We tried to make it more like windows". My feeling, If your accountant can't run a MAC, Get a different Accountant.

We returned it right away for a full refund. We're sticking with QB Pro 5.0 until they fix all the problems or we may just try out MYOB. I shouldn't have even considered upgrading. If only I found this forum first and saw all the complaints with the current version, sigh.
