Is iTunes still working the same after 10.3.8?

This is my first post on this forum.
Since the recent update the "Party Shuffle" menu item doesn't seem to function properly.
Has anyone else had this?

When I choose Party Shuffle and in the button on the bottom choose a playlist and select the number of next and previous songs to show, it plays songs out of another play list and shows the entire list of another playlist.

Oh. In that case, no. I've heard that after the update it may reset your options, but nothing more.
Have you tried running maintenance utilities and see if that helps?

Repaired the Permissions and ran DiskWarrior & TechTools Pro--neither did any good.
