What seperates Brother from 90% of the other MFCs is the fact that they are Laser printers and not inkjets. Thus your price per page is way down in price and there is no need for head cleaning and other headaches. Except for a really annoying groaning sound, our 9600 has worked great. It's asleep when you don't need it and pops to life when we do. Need several photocopies and don't want to go to Kinko's? Use the MFC, the quality is just the same. AND they have finally updated their drivers for OSX.
