Virtual Programming Ltd. and Freeverse Software announced Tuesday that the Macintosh version of KnightShift has been declared "gold master," the last step before the game goes into duplication. It should be hitting store shelves shortly. Published by UK-based Virtual Programming, the game is being distributed in North America by Freeverse. more

This game probably would have been wildly popular had it been released a year ago. Now, with WoW consuming so much time, who has time for a game like this?

This one might have a chance, although the whole fantasy adventure thing is a bit tired. The movie clip at Apple does show some impressive visual effects.
