Couldnt seem to find this in a search, so appologies if its been covered;
I have a quicktime movie .MOV and simply want to use the soundtrack and put it into, say, garageband. Any idea how to?

Open file in quicktime and go to File > Export and choose Sound to AIFF. You can use iTunes then to convert it to MP3 or AAC.
